The Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome, commonly called the Metrodome, is a domed sports stadium in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. The football playing field has been known as Mall of America Field at Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome since October 2009. Opened in 1982, it replaced Metropolitan Stadium, which was on the current site of the Mall of America in Bloomington and Memorial Stadium on the University of Minnesota campus. The Metrodome is home to the National Football League's Minnesota Vikings

The Metrodome was recently created for NFC North Battle 11 as the home of the Vikings in 2011.

Stadium Usage[]

As of 2011, the Metrodome was recreated by EA Titletown for their hit game NFC North Battle 11. This article is what its used for.

Minnesota Vikings[]

The Metrodome is the homefield of the Minnesota Vikings. The stadium is only an available level during the season. Check the Season Schedule for games played at the Metrodome.

Replacement Issues[]

As of the 2011 NFL Offseason, the real Metrodome's lease expired. With this issue, the Vikings are either gonna be building a new Stadium in Adren Hills, Minnesota (Just North of Downtown Minneapolis), Moving to Los Angeles, California as part of placing the team, and Moving to San Antonio, Texas again to place a team in a non NFL city.
